By creating an account and using Rhevo, you accept these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, you should not use the app. Rhevo is currently in closed beta testing, so some features may change or break.
You must be at least 13 years old to create a Rhevo account. By signing up, you confirm that the information you provide (including your date of birth) is accurate. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that don't meet this minimum age requirement.
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account. You must provide truthful information on sign-up and keep your data up to date. Each person may only hold one account.
You keep ownership of the content you post (workouts, photos, comments, messages), but by posting it on Rhevo you grant us a license to store and display it within the app, according to the privacy settings you choose (public, followers, or private). You must not post content you don't have the right to share.
You must not post illegal, offensive, or defamatory content, content that infringes on others' rights, or harass or intimidate other users. You can block any user and report content or profiles directly in the app. We review reports manually and, whenever a report is well-founded, commit to acting on it (removing content, warning, or suspending the responsible account) within 24 hours. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms, with or without a prior report.
Direct messages can only be exchanged between users who follow each other, to reduce unwanted contact. Use messaging respectfully: the same conduct rules from the previous section apply here.
Rhevo is a social workout-tracking tool, not a source of medical advice. Content, suggestions, and workout recommendations (including Rhevo+ ones) are for informational purposes only. Consult a healthcare professional before starting any exercise program, especially if you have pre-existing medical conditions. You train at your own risk.
Rhevo+ is an optional subscription plan with extra features. It's currently in preparation and does not yet process real payments. When available, subscriptions will be managed through the Apple App Store / Google Play purchase systems, subject to their respective terms.
You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Account, after confirming your password. This action is permanent and final: it removes your data from the app and cannot be undone.
Rhevo is provided "as is," while in testing. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the app, including training-related injuries, data loss, or service unavailability.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app.
